Welcome to Holasa Travel — the top travel & event company operating in and around Jim Corbett National Park, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. By accessing our website (holasatravels.in) or making a booking through any of our channels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all individuals, groups, schools, corporates, and any other entity that books tours, safaris, hotel stays, or any other service through Holasa Travel. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any booking.

Holasa Travel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. It is your responsibility to check for updates before making a booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation by Holasa Travel via email, WhatsApp, or any other official channel.

• All bookings must be made at least 48–72 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
• Safari permits inside Jim Corbett National Park are issued by the Forest Department and are subject to availability. Holasa Travel will make all efforts to secure permits on your behalf but cannot guarantee permit availability during peak seasons.
• Bookings for Dhikala Night Stay, Bijrani Zone, and other restricted zones must be made at least 7–10 days in advance due to limited Forest Department permit quotas.
• All details provided at the time of booking (name, ID, number of persons, vehicle details) must be accurate. Inaccurate information may result in denial of entry at the gate.
• Holasa Travel is not responsible for cancellations or non-entry caused by incorrect information provided by the guest.
• Group bookings (10 or more persons) require a minimum 50% advance payment to confirm the booking.
• Corporate off-site and destination wedding bookings require a customised agreement and advance as per the scope of services.

Holasa Travel accepts payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, and cash. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

• A minimum advance payment as communicated at the time of booking is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be settled before or on arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change based on season, availability, and Forest Department revisions. The price confirmed at the time of booking shall be honoured.
• GST and any applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing rates and are not included unless explicitly stated.
• For online payments, please retain the transaction reference for records. Holasa Travel will issue a receipt upon confirmation.

Cancellations must be communicated to Holasa Travel in writing via email or WhatsApp. The following cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the travel date:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source. Cancellation charges for Forest Department safari permits are non-refundable as these are governed by the Forest Department's own policies.

• In case of natural calamities, forest closures, or government-imposed restrictions, Holasa Travel will offer a date reschedule or credit note. Cash refunds in such cases are at the discretion of the management.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the original travel date and are subject to availability.

Jim Corbett National Park is a protected wildlife reserve. All guests must comply with the rules set by the Uttarakhand Forest Department and the guidelines of Holasa Travel. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the safari without refund.

• Guests must carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) at the time of safari. Children above 5 years require a birth certificate or school ID.
• Entry into the national park is strictly prohibited after the designated time. Guests who arrive late may not be allowed entry; no refund will be provided in such cases.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying plastic items inside the park are strictly prohibited by the Forest Department. Any fine levied by authorities will be borne by the guest.
• Guests must remain seated inside the jeep at all times during the safari. Standing, shouting, or making loud noises is prohibited.
• Photography using drones, flash photography, or any equipment that disturbs wildlife is prohibited inside the park.
• Feeding animals or littering inside the forest area is a punishable offence under Indian wildlife laws.
• Guests with medical conditions that may be aggravated by rough terrain, dust, or sudden physical movement should consult their doctor before booking a safari.
• Holasa Travel holds no responsibility for weather-related disruptions, wildlife non-sighting, or any situation beyond our control once inside the park.

Holasa Travel partners with a curated selection of resorts, cottages, and homestays near Jim Corbett National Park. All properties are verified by our team for quality and safety standards.

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Room allotment is at the sole discretion of the resort/property management. Specific room type preferences will be communicated to the property but cannot be guaranteed.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, fixtures, or equipment during their stay. Such costs will be recovered directly.
• All meals included in the package are as per the meal plan specified in the booking confirmation. Additional food and beverages consumed at the property will be charged separately.
• Pets are not allowed at most partner properties unless explicitly confirmed at the time of booking.
• Holasa Travel acts as an intermediary booking agent for hotel stays. Any disputes regarding the quality of accommodation should be raised with our support team immediately.

Holasa Travel shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural calamities, floods, landslides, or forest fires that affect travel or safari operations.
• Government orders, forest closures, or changes in Forest Department rules and permit systems.
• Delays or disruptions caused by third-party transport providers, airlines, or accommodation partners.
• Any personal injury, loss of baggage, or theft during the tour.
• Non-sighting of specific wildlife species, including tigers. Wildlife encounters cannot be guaranteed.

Holasa Travel strongly recommends that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability before commencing travel.

Holasa Travel is committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during booking (name, contact details, ID information) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and providing support services.

• We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties except as required to complete your booking (e.g., sharing ID details with the Forest Department for safari permit issuance).
• Our website may use cookies for analytics and improving user experience. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies.

• All content, images, and text on this website are copyright protected and belong to Holasa Travel. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Holasa Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or any booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between the guest and Holasa Travel with respect to the use of our services.
